The Safety & Operational Risk (S&OR) Group Engineering and Process Safety team is responsible for setting our clients group wide engineering requirements for asset construction and operations and for competency of discipline engineers. The function provides leadership and direction to the engineering community across the entire company. The ETP library is intended to hold the ‘body of knowledge’ for the discipline engineering community.
The ETP team manager is responsible for directly managing the development and maintenance of the suite of our clients Engineering technical Practices, to build the engineering discipline ‘body of knowledge’. The ETP Manager will be accountable for the technical output of the ETP team and will also be responsible for developing, owning and driving the ETP strategy.
Essential Education
- Qualified to at least degree level as an engineer or technologist and registered with an internationally recognized professional body
- Essential experience and job requirements
- Wide experience in project and/or line engineering roles - typically 10 years
- Desirable criteria & qualifications
- Clear and concise communicator with strong writing skills
- Able to operate both within a team environment and as an individual contributor
