Engineering Technical Practices (ETP) Team Lead

The Safety & Operational Risk (S&OR) Group  Engineering and Process Safety team is responsible for setting our clients group wide  engineering requirements for asset construction and operations and for  competency of discipline engineers. The function provides leadership and  direction to the engineering community across the entire company. The ETP library is intended  to hold the ‘body of knowledge’ for the discipline engineering  community.

The ETP team manager is responsible for  directly managing the development and maintenance of the suite of our clients  Engineering technical Practices, to build the engineering discipline  ‘body of knowledge’. The ETP Manager will be accountable for the  technical output of the ETP team and will also be responsible for developing,  owning and driving the ETP strategy.

Essential Education
  • Qualified to at least degree level as an engineer or  technologist and registered with an internationally recognized professional  body
  • Essential experience and job requirements
  • Wide experience in project and/or line engineering  roles - typically 10 years
  • Desirable criteria & qualifications
  • Clear and concise communicator with strong  writing skills
  • Able to operate both within a team  environment and as an individual contributor
Base salary will be somewhere in the $122k-$140k range,and could go higher based on the individual’s skill and experiencelevel.  The role will be based in Houston. The individual could come from the oil and gas industry, but we will consider otherindustries, too, such as aerospace (NASA), chemicals, etc

We are seeking STRONG experienced sales professionals to Sell Payroll and HR Solutions to medium to large sized businesses.
If you can sell staffing, or financial services or telecommunications you can do this. This role doesn’t require a lot of hand-holding. It requires technical aptitude, the ability to seize the day and close the deal.
The hot hiring areas are: NYC, Northern Jersey, Miami, St. Louis, Dallas/Ft. Worth and Atlanta. (But there are openings also in Tampa and Austin)
Here’s all you need to be considered:
• 3+ years of sales experience
• We will consider Entry Level Grads with a high GPA and a drive to excel
• Undergraduate degree, Clean Background, Fair Credit History, and the ability to pass a drug test are necessary.

We are looking for top Sales Reps for the San Antonio area.  Potential average pay is $120K.  Top Sales Salary is$350K. The base pay is $40K. That is some serious hustle.  The job description is:
              Responsibilities:
§  Presenting products and services of THE COMPANY, targeting larger businesses with up to 50 employees, to final decision makers and end users within the prospect universe.
§  Scheduling appointments and visiting potential and current referral sources to secure referrals to end users.
§  Prospecting for new clients and new referral sources utilizing the telephone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs directed by sales management.
§  Analyzing the customer needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate for them, and referring to appropriate party when necessary.
§  Expediting the resolution of customer problems or complaints.
§  Completing and submitting accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by agreed-upon dates set by sales management.
§  Projecting a positive image in representing the Company to clients and the community.
§  Achieving technical, competitive, and sales skills knowledge. Competency is measured by the successful attainment of objectives and performance within the 80-100 percentiles on semi-annual     field evaluation tests.
§  May be required to travel outside of geographical territory for purposes of attending Conference, training sessions, and/or area zone meetings.

Qualifications:

§  Qualifications are:  High school diploma with 3-5 years relevant sales/marketing experience is required.  Consideration may be given to a candidate with a degree in lieu of experience. 
§  Candidate must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
