This role will be good for someone interested in supporting an existing sales team without any reservations about wearing multiple hats. The Client wants professionals early in their career so that they can groom the professional from the ground up. I need someone with-

·         2-5 years Sales experience (They want to see cold calls, presentations and deal closing on the resume).

·         Either in Oil and Gas or software (of course they "say" they'll look at people from other industries...but let's present what they REALLY want so we have a better chance at closing the deal.)

The pay range is in the 70K range + Commission

 

VP of Marketing needed to support an Oil & Gas software provider!

This role is ideal for a mid-level marketing professional with proven track records of creative expertise, branding and market planning which clearly translates into revenue earned. This person will be part of a team of 3 therefore will be expected to roll their sleeves up and contribute to the ground floor activities. I need someone with-

·         Oil and Gas (Energy/Manufacturing) Marketing Management experience

·         7-10 years of Marketing experience; while they welcome more I think it is best to give them what they want.

·         Branding and Creative experience which has translated into dollars earned. i.e. "I developed the 2011 Spring Marketing campaign which consisted of _______________ and as a result sales increased by 72%; etc.."

I believe that the sweet salary spot on this one is 150-180K plus bonuses

Payroll Sales Professionals are needed in Ft. Worth, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Denver, Tulsa and Los Angeles!

This role is ideal for someone who has been in either inside or outside sales for a few years and are tired of the rat-race and ready to “write their own ticket”. The Client seeks an aggressive sales, hunter: The type of person who can close and deal and keep on going. Obviously professionalism and charismatic communication is needed to present services to small groups inclusive of C-Level executives. I need someone with-

·         The ability to travel and make several client visits per day

Accountant-“Financial Reporting” is needed based near Hobby Airport in Houston, Texas.
This position is responsible for analyzing the financial results of individual reporting locations as well as reporting the consolidated financial results to management on a monthly basis.

Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for timely and accurate month-end and year-end general ledger closing cycles for foreign offices in connection with the corporate consolidation and reporting.
2. Process complex inter-company transactions
3. Perform analysis of financial information and report on unusual variances
4. Prepare minority interest calculations
5. Reconcile various Balance Sheet accounts (including inter-company accounts)
6. Prepare and post entries to the General Ledger
7. Provide information and schedules to various departments and foreign offices
8. Provide Annual Audit support and prepare PBC schedules
9. Provide continuous improvement to joint venture systems and processes
10. Participate in special projects, as needed
Job Specifications: Degree in Accounting; CPA is a plus2-4 years of related work experience. Thorough understanding of general ledger accounts. Strong computer skills with high proficiency in Excel and Access. Oracle experience is a plus but not required. Excellent analytical problem solving and organizational skills. Must be a self-starter and be able to work as part of a team. Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.

**Benefits are available after 30-days of employment. Salary is in the low-mid 60’s + 12.5% bonus.**

My Client is a leader in Payroll and HR services and they are seeking an Account Executive with 1-5 years’ experience to be their next super-star. The base pay is 45K; in addition my client offers a car allowance, benefits which begin after 1 full month or service, a lucrative bonus and commission plan. The average earnings for the first year are about 70-80K; which is realistic and not some pie in the sky kind of number.

The function provides leadership and  direction to the engineering community across the entire company. The ETP library is intended  to hold the ‘body of knowledge’ for the discipline engineering  community.

The ETP team manager is responsible for  directly managing the development and maintenance of the suite of our clients  Engineering technical Practices, to build the engineering discipline  ‘body of knowledge’. The ETP Manager will be accountable for the  technical output of the ETP team and will also be responsible for developing,  owning and driving the ETP strategy.

Essential Education
  • Qualified to at least degree level as an engineer or  technologist and registered with an internationally recognized professional  body
  • Essential experience and job requirements
  • Wide experience in project and/or line engineering  roles - typically 10 years
  • Desirable criteria & qualifications
  • Clear and concise communicator with strong  writing skills
