Accountant-“Financial Reporting” is needed based near Hobby Airport in Houston, Texas.
This position is responsible for analyzing the financial results of individual reporting locations as well as reporting the consolidated financial results to management on a monthly basis.

Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for timely and accurate month-end and year-end general ledger closing cycles for foreign offices in connection with the corporate consolidation and reporting.
2. Process complex inter-company transactions
3. Perform analysis of financial information and report on unusual variances
4. Prepare minority interest calculations
5. Reconcile various Balance Sheet accounts (including inter-company accounts)
6. Prepare and post entries to the General Ledger
7. Provide information and schedules to various departments and foreign offices
8. Provide Annual Audit support and prepare PBC schedules
9. Provide continuous improvement to joint venture systems and processes
10. Participate in special projects, as needed
Job Specifications: Degree in Accounting; CPA is a plus2-4 years of related work experience. Thorough understanding of general ledger accounts. Strong computer skills with high proficiency in Excel and Access. Oracle experience is a plus but not required. Excellent analytical problem solving and organizational skills. Must be a self-starter and be able to work as part of a team. Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.

**Benefits are available after 30-days of employment. Salary is in the low-mid 60’s + 12.5% bonus.**

HR Business Partner opportunity located in West Houston for an Oil & Gas company. This is a replacement role so it’s essential that we hold this in strict confidence.

All you need to have for consideration is-
1. University-level degree in a relevant field
2. Minimum 5 years commensurate experience in the oil and gas industry
3. Excellent communications skills and evidence of effective decision-making ability
4. Ability to drive and exemplify the Company’s Guiding Principles
5. Experience administering HR processes to rig employees and be experienced in traveling to and from various offshore rigs.
Salary Range is 125-150K+ Bonus
My Client is a leader in Payroll and HR services and they are seeking an Account Executive with 1-5 years’ experience to be their next super-star. The base pay is 45K; in addition my client offers a car allowance, benefits which begin after 1 full month or service, a lucrative bonus and commission plan. The average earnings for the first year are about 70-80K; which is realistic and not some pie in the sky kind of number.
