September Hot Jobs!

HR Business Partner opportunity located in West Houston for an Oil & Gas company. This is a replacement role so it’s essential that we hold this in strict confidence.
Here are some of the key factors required in this role-
Develop workforce plans and processes to enable the goals of the business Collaborate with Recruiting, Compensation, and Benefits Partner with Senior Management to develop, drive and implement hiring plans; identify and implement improvements to staffing processes Provide strategic direction to Senior Management that is focused on talent acquisition for current needs and future growth Establish talent management strategies aligned with business targets
All you need to have for consideration is-
·         University-level degree in a relevant field
·         Minimum 5 years commensurate experience in the oil and gas industry
·         Excellent communications skills and evidence of effective decision-making ability
·         Ability to drive and exemplify the Company’s Guiding Principles
Salary Range is 125-150K
Reservoir Engineer role with my client in downtown Houston. Due to immense growth my client is seeking 2 engineers with-
·         Unconventional experience
·         Eagle Ford Shale
·         Acquisition and Divestitures
·         Build Field Development from the ground up ·         Simulation ·         Production Analysis This company offers an aggressive rewards package, and seeks someone with at least 5 years’ experience. Salary range is 150-180K
Sales Professionals with 1-3 years’ experience to Sell Payroll and HR Solutions to medium to large sized businesses.
If you can sell staffing, or financial services or telecommunications you can do this. This role doesn’t require a lot of hand-holding. It requires technical aptitude, the ability to seize the day and close the deal.
The hot hiring areas are: NYC, Northern Jersey, Miami, St. Louis, Dallas/Ft. Worth and Atlanta. (But there are openings also in Tampa and Austin)
Here’s all you need to be considered:
• 3+ years of sales experience
• we will consider Entry Level Grads with a high GPA and a drive to excel
• Undergraduate degree, Clean Background, Fair Credit History, and the ability to pass a drug test are necessary.
**Benefits are available after 30-days of employment**
Salary: 45K base + Car allowance + lucrative commission
(Average first year is 75-85K)
